Upload all vaccine records (DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, K9 Influenza, Leptospirosis) in your account for us to review. (Bordetella Vaccine can not be older than 6 months) (Once you have uploaded the vaccines we need time to manually go in and verify the vaccines and set the expiration dates in the system.)

Sign all the digital waivers.

After we manually review the Vaccines we will email you at the email address you provided during sign-up to set up the free Temperament Assessment.
