The Gingr application will allow you to send us reservation requests, receive receipts via email, upload shot record or other information to us and allows you to see your fur baby report card to see how their day is going during their stay.

 Customers will also be able to track their package usage!

Once you have created your account and wish to use the app from the app store our access code that the system will ask for is 751082.

The programmers at Gingr have given us a few tips to pass on to you:

  • Be consistent with your email address, if you set up your account with one email and then try to log on to another the system will think you are a new client & have you set up a whole new profile.
  • If your email has changed, or you are unsure of which email address you registered with please send us an email or text message and we can help you out!
  • The Gingr app works best in Chrome or Fire Fox for PC’s and Safari for Mac’s. The Gingr app does not work on internet explorer.
  • If you are having trouble viewing the app you may need to change your privacy settings to allow Gingr to use Plugins & Popups. The address to allow is:  https://simivalleypet.gingrapp.com/customer
